    Format: Virgin Vinyl 2 Lp Set - Original Factory Sealed. Comes with an 8 page booklet insert featuring photos of the band. Casablanca inner sleeves. Spine reads "NBLP ALIVE! KISS P CASABLANCE RECORDS INC. PRINTED IN U.S,A," Front cover Title "Alive" does not have "2 Record Set" printed like some of the other versions.

    Although Universal later agreed to Kiss using Mercury to release what would become The Millennium Concert as Alive IV, it was shelved indefinitely and the band would release the Symphony: Alive IV album released on Kiss Records/Sanctuary Records in It was finally released on November 21, as part of the Kiss Alive! – box set.

    THIS ALBUM WAS EVENTUALLY RELEASED AS "Alive - The Millennium Concert" as part of the KISS Alive! boxset in , as a stand-alone digital download in , and finally on vinyl in THe vinyl issue track-order was resequenced to properly incorporate the three previous bonus tracks.
